In the 12th annual Vincentric Best Certified Pre-Owned Value in America Awards, Ford earned the 2024 Vincentric Best CPO Value in America brand award in the Truck and Van categories along with six other model-level awards.
Ford reported third-quarter 2024 results that indicate the long-term value creation made possible by a winning lineup of internal combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles for retail and commercial customers combined with an advantaged strategy and global footprint.
Ford and Lincoln's strategy of offering customers a choice of powertrains for their vehicles continues to pay off, with company retail sales up 4% in the third quarter. This contrasts with overall U.S. retail industry sales, estimated to be flat for the quarter.
Today, a key part of the Ford strategy is to offer customers the freedom to choose vehicles with powertrains – gas, hybrid, and electric – that meet their needs.
In its fully electric portfolio, Ford will prioritize the introduction of a new digitally advanced commercial van in 2026, followed by two new advanced pickup trucks in 2027 and other future affordable vehicles.
Inspired by the lowered truck era that lasted from the mid-1980s to the early 2000s and Maverick customers already personalizing their trucks for performance, the Maverick Lobo is a new canvas for modern street truck builds.
Ford is making its smallest truck smarter to match the capability, spaciousness, and versatility that made Maverick the surprise hit of the decade so far.
